Chaplin Hostel Rome

The Chaplin Hostel in Rome is really a cross between a bed and breakfast and a hostel. All the rooms are private (i.e. we do not work with dorm beds) and a hearty breakfast is included in the price.

Our location is unbeatable: At two minute walking distance from the main railway station Rome Termini, the hostel Chaplin is Rome’s most easily reachable accommodation option from both of the city’s airports.

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels are provided every day as well. There is free wireless internet access and the hostel has umbrellas, ironing equipment and hair-dryers on loan.

The rooms are spacious and extremely sunny and some of them also have balconies. There is a common fridge for the use of our guests and there are free coffee and tea making facilities.

Please be aware that the Chaplin bed and breakfast Rome is not a party hostel.

Directions to the Chaplin Hostel Rome

From Roma Termini
Find the Via Marsala exit. Once outside, cross the road and walk straight ahead into the Via Marghera. Take the second street on your right (Via dei Mille) and turn left at the end of the street. The Chaplin Hostel is located in the first building on your left.

From Fiumicino Airport
There is a flat rate of 40 Euros from the airport of Fiumicino to the centre of Rome and Chaplin Hostel. SIT provides a bus connection (8 Euros one way) to Roma Termini (Via Marsala stop, around the corner from the B&B). The Leonardo Express is a direct train from Fiumicino to Termini (track 25, walk all the way along platform 24 to come to the main hallway and then follow the directions above.

From Ciampino Airport
Both the Terravision and the SIT Shuttle bus companies provide a direct connection to Roma Termini (Via Marsala stop, a 2 minute walk from Chaplin Hostel Rome)
